I trained with Drew Stallcop in London with The Purna Yoga college 200 hour training programme Founded by Aadil Palkhivala with roots in Iyengar Yoga the emphasis is on alignment, strength and flexibility to develop a safe and rewarding practice

Yoga philosophy is respected during class and gently introduced into the teaching

We work safely respecting your body whilst also working deeply towards lasting changes in alignment and core strength, flexibility and mental stamina

Classes are relaxed and enjoyable and suitable for all levels and ages

I have been teaching in clients homes since 2010 developing a strong community and supportive way to develop and deepen yoga practice
