I was a pioneer in the health food industry managing Peppercorns a health food shop in Hampstead London in the 1980’s. My first choice will always be natural remedies and a whole food lifestyle. These are the building blocks for health. Combining this with Meditation and a conscious lifestyle choices enables a joyful and healthy life and planet. 

It has been wonderful to see what was once considered alternative become mainstream. We hold a deep connection with mother earth. I believe our health and the health of the planet are closely woven. Our natural rhythms and our health are closely linked. Our choices help us to evolve and grow spiritually and determine how we evolve and experience.

When you come to my Yoga classes the atmosphere is relaxed, mixed ability and fun. I teach drop in classes in Greenwich London and small groups in peoples homes. I have been teaching for over 10 years.

Teaching is my passion. As well as teaching classes I work with corporations and organisations, festivals and schools. I love commissions and tailoring an event for a client is a creative and wonderful experience. From work away days to bringing Meditation into the workplace I work with you to create the perfect experience.
